Eligible pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending your order back so we can guide you through the correct return steps.

Eligibility

Returned jewelry must be unworn, unused, and sent back in its original packaging. Personalized, engraved, final sale, or visibly worn pieces may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, finish, gemstone, or style, we are happy to help with an exchange when inventory is available. Exchange requests should be started within the return window.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after your return is received and inspected. Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and gift packaging may be non-refundable unless required by law.
